Neighborhoods

The North Shore Heritage Area covers over 1,000 square miles and is home to nearly a million of us. It is an area of spectacular resources and unique character. United by proximity to the Long Island Sound, the Heritage Area can be thought of as a giant museum encompassing a diversity of stories within the region. Five “neighborhoods” represent areas that reflect similar heritage characteristics.
